Claudia Maturell
I am an Afro-Cuban artist, educator, photographer, and storyteller using documentary photography and collaborative visual storytelling to help communities, movements, and organizations see their own stories with clarity and care.
For over a decade, I've worked alongside community arts centers, youth programs, and grassroots organizations in Atlanta, New York, Miami, and beyond documenting community events, faith spaces, public art, social justice movements, and everyday life.
My practice is rooted in justice, dignity, reciprocity, and the oneness of humanity.
